Born and raised in Colorado, Alex Rodriguez graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a B.S. in political science. Alex earned his J.D. from Washburn University Law School where he graduated with Dean’s Honors. Alex was a staff writer for the prestigious Washburn Law Journal during his second year of law school and his legal research comment was picked for publication. Alex also served on the Journal’s board of editors as Executive Comments Editor during his third year, while at the same time working as a Legal Research Assistant for Professor Joseph Mastrosimone, who specialized in employment law.

Sandra received her Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law in 2015 from where she graduated cum laude. While in law school, Sandra had the opportunity to intern for the Honorable Jose Rodriguez at the Eleventh Judicial Circuit and at the Staff Attorney's Office in the Broward County Courthouse. Sandra was also a Certified Legal Intern at the FIU Family and Education Law Clinic and at the FIU Immigrant Children's Clinic where she handled family and dependency cases under the supervision of an attorney.

Alexander regularly advises clients on corporate transactions, alternative investments, and Blockchain/Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) related matters. He has helped companies raise capital through traditional and nontraditional vehicles, and advises clients on a variety of business arrangements. He has experience advising investors, entrepreneurs, and startups through the different stages of corporate growth, including acting as outside general counsel for several of these companies.

Prior to practicing law, over the span of 10 years, he successfully founded and operated several businesses in the legal-technology, human resources/outsourcing, and entertainment industries.
